Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Suncoast 3-on-3 collects through suncoast3on3.com and how it is used. Questions: Suncoast3on3@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Team captain: name, email, phone, team name, and division — to run registration and contact you about the event.
• Players: names, birth dates, 2026–27 grade, and T-shirt sizes — to confirm division eligibility, order event T-shirts, and build brackets. Birth dates are not shown publicly.
• Emergency contact: name and phone — used only if a player needs help on event day.
• Waiver records: signer name, email, relationship to a minor player, waiver version, date/time, IP address, and photo/video choice — kept as proof of acceptance.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers; we keep the amount paid and a Stripe payment reference.
• Players and guardians: each player’s name, birth date, grade, T-shirt size, emergency contact, and the email address of the adult player or the minor’s parent/legal guardian, plus guardian names — to send waivers and event information.
• Middle School supervision: names, emails, and mobile numbers of supervising adults, and staff check-in records of their presence.
• Girls’ bracket interest: the adult contact’s name, email, optional phone, division, team name, and roster readiness — to measure demand and send bracket updates. We do not collect children’s details at this stage.
• Referral records: personal referral codes, which team used a code, and reward status.
• Staff accounts: sign-in details for event staff only. Teams register and pay without an account.
• Email updates: if you choose "notify me" or the optional newsletter box, your email and division interest. This is always optional and separate from payment and waivers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
• Contact messages: if you email us, we keep your message to reply.

Children

Players under 13 should not submit information or create accounts. An adult captain enters roster details, and a parent or legal guardian signs each minor's waiver.

Photos and video

Each adult player, or each minor player's parent/guardian, chooses whether identifiable photos or video of that player may be used in promotional materials. A decline is recorded and does not affect participation.

Who processes your data

• Lovable Cloud — website hosting, database, and sign-in.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Lovable email delivery — confirmation and notification emails.

We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep registration, payment, and signed waiver records for as long as they are needed to run the event, answer questions, handle refunds or claims, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. The site does not currently delete these records automatically on a fixed schedule. You can ask us to delete information that we are not required to keep.

Your choices

Email Suncoast3on3@gmail.com to see, correct, or delete your information. Some records (payments and signed waivers) may need to be kept for legal or accounting reasons.
