Registration & Refund Policy

Team registrations are final and nonrefundable once payment is completed. If a team cannot attend, withdraws, or does not show up, the paid registration is not refunded and cannot be transferred to a future Suncoast 3-on-3 tournament. Individual player withdrawals, roster changes, and a team’s removal for a stated rules violation also do not create a right to a refund.

If Suncoast 3-on-3 cancels the tournament, registered teams will receive a full refund of the amount paid at checkout. If Suncoast 3-on-3 moves the tournament to a different date, teams may keep their registration for the new date or request a full refund within 14 days after notice of the new date. If no new date is announced within 30 days after the original event date, we will issue full refunds. These terms also apply when severe weather, a venue closure, or another emergency causes Suncoast 3-on-3 to cancel or move the event.

If Suncoast 3-on-3 cancels a registered division, affected teams may choose a full refund or move to an available division they are eligible for. If Suncoast 3-on-3 cancels a division’s 3-Point Competition, that division’s paid 3-Point entries are refunded, even if the team tournament proceeds.
