Eligibility: Every player must be enrolled in grade 6, 7, or 8 during the 2026–27 school year.

Team supervision *

The designated supervising adult or adults must check in with the team and remain on-site while the team participates. A supervisor does not replace each player’s own parent/legal guardian for waiver signing.

Player Roster

Add 3 or 4 players. A parent, guardian, or adult captain enters each player’s details — players under 13 should not fill out this form themselves. Birth date and 2026–27 grade (6–8) confirm eligibility and remain private. Each player needs their own emergency contact. Every player receives an official event T-shirt.

Optional 3-Point Contest: $10 per player, one entry each in your division. 1st place: custom-engraved trophy + sponsor merchandise.

Player Waivers

Each player needs their own waiver before they can play. After payment we email each player's secure signing link directly to the email entered for that player. The captain can track status and resend links.

Middle School: each minor's link goes to that player's own parent or legal guardian, who signs for the player. A player who is already 18 when you register signs their own; anyone under 18 today needs a parent or legal guardian, even if they turn 18 before the event.

Players without a completed waiver cannot check in. Read the tournament rules and event terms.

Referral or promo code (optional)

Enter a player’s personal code (like SUN-7K3QX) for $10 off. One code per team.

Referral terms & eligibility

One code per new team; codes cannot be combined, and a team cannot use its own players’ codes. Adult Division code owners earn one $10 Visa Gift Card per new team that pays with their code, handed out in person at event-day check-in. Rewards are void if the referred registration is refunded, canceled, or disputed. Youth player codes still give the new team $10 off; youth rewards are not currently offered.

This is the complete price. There are no added service or processing fees. The amount is recalculated securely and charged exactly as shown.

Registration & Refund Terms

Team registration is final and nonrefundable after payment. Team withdrawals and no-shows are not eligible for a transfer to a future event. See the full policy for organizer cancellations and date changes.

What happens after payment
  1. Pay for the team registration.
  2. Each adult player — or each minor player’s own parent or legal guardian — receives that player’s secure waiver link by email. The captain can track and resend links.
  3. Each adult player signs their own waiver; each minor player’s own parent or legal guardian signs for that player.
  4. All required waivers must be complete before that player can check in or play.
